What exactly do I get?

Founding Pro is the standard current Pro product for 12 months. That includes Relay and Trust, Growth tools, unlimited self-serve bookable services and confirmed customer bookings, and supported Stripe-hosted deposits/full customer payments to your connected business account. The founding offer changes the introductory commercial terms, not the product.

When does my 12 months start?

Access starts only when RelayLocal's server confirms your successful £199 payment with Stripe — not when you apply or open checkout — and ends exactly 12 calendar months later.

Will I be charged again after the £199?

No. The £199 purchase never auto-renews. From 30 days before expiry, the business owner can actively opt in to a £19/month founding renewal for a maximum of 24 paid monthly cycles, or choose a standard plan. If you do nothing, the business moves safely to Relay.

What happens if all 50 places are paid or temporarily reserved?

New checkout is blocked while no place is available. An active checkout reservation holds a place for 30 minutes; if it expires unpaid, that place is released. Approved applicants can continue when a place becomes available.

I already use RelayLocal on the free plan — can I claim it?

Yes, if you otherwise meet the campaign eligibility. The owner must select the correct active business before checkout. Businesses with an effective paid Pro, Team or Network subscription are not eligible.

Does RelayLocal guarantee me enquiries, bookings or customers?

No. RelayLocal provides operating workflows for Relay, Growth, Bookings and authorised work routing. It does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, income, work quality or customer outcomes, and Circle or contractor-pool membership is not RelayLocal vetting.

What happens when Founding Pro ends?

Nothing is silently deleted. If you do not renew or choose another paid plan, the business returns to Relay. Relay currently includes 1 active public bookable service and up to 25 confirmed customer bookings per calendar month; new Stripe-paid bookings and paid capabilities above Relay limits pause. Existing bookings, accepted policy evidence, customer concerns, refunds, payment evidence, Circles, Relays and history remain preserved under the normal retention rules.

Do I need Pro to receive Demand Partner work?

No. Demand Partner contractor-pool invitations and private Work Offers depend on the authorised organisation relationship, eligibility and workflow state. They are not sold as Pro lead access.

For an ordinary Relay handover, RelayLocal keeps customer contact release behind the applicable Trust Pass permission step. The customer can review the proposed handover, choose supported information fields and decide whether to proceed.

RelayLocal also supports Bookings and controlled Demand Partner work routing. Demand Partner uses a separate organisation-authority model rather than pretending every request relies on direct customer consent. RelayLocal does not guarantee work, income or customers, and Circle or contractor-pool membership is not RelayLocal vetting.
