Demand Partner Terms
Product-specific terms for organisations using RelayLocal Demand Partner controlled work routing.
Product information only; applicable signed terms and RelayLocal’s general Terms of Service remain authoritative.
1. Service description
Demand Partner provides a controlled operational layer for creating service requests, checking approved contractor pools, issuing offers, recording assignments, and maintaining request history. It is not a public lead marketplace or an emergency service.
2. Organisation responsibilities
Your organisation is responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, and lawful purpose of each request it submits. You must only provide information your organisation is authorised to use and share for the service request.
3. Authority and customer information
Before customer identifying or contact information is made available through an assignment, your organisation must confirm its authority and identify the fields that may be released. RelayLocal does not assume that every request relies on direct customer consent.
4. Contractor pools
Work is routed within an approved contractor pool. Pool membership is controlled, and a business must meet relevant service, area, eligibility, and capacity rules before it can be considered.
5. Offers and acceptance
An offer does not guarantee acceptance or completion. A business may decline, an offer may expire, or a request may remain unplaced. RelayLocal does not guarantee that a suitable contractor will be available.
6. Independent businesses
Businesses in a contractor pool remain independent. Nothing in the Demand Partner service creates employment between your organisation, RelayLocal, and a participating business. RelayLocal does not act as your agent unless separate written terms expressly say otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You must not submit false, unlawful, discriminatory, unsafe, or misleading requests; use the service to harvest business or customer information; bypass access controls; or use a request for unsolicited marketing.
8. Accounts and teams
Your organisation is responsible for authorised team access, accurate account details, and prompt removal of access that is no longer required. Activity performed through an authorised account may be attributed to the organisation.
9. Availability, suspension and ending access
Service availability may change, and access may be paused or suspended where necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, enforce applicable terms, or maintain the service. Ending access does not remove records that must reasonably be retained.
10. Relationship to general terms
These product-specific terms supplement RelayLocal’s general Terms of Service and applicable policies. If a specific written Demand Partner agreement applies, that agreement will define any agreed commercial terms.
