Who can use Demand Partner?

It is intended for organisations such as property service operators, facilities companies, service networks, franchise or multi-site operators, and maintenance coordinators. Access will be introduced through a controlled rollout.

Is this a public lead marketplace?

No. Requests are routed within an approved contractor pool. They are not posted to a public board, auctioned, or sold to competing bidders.

How are businesses selected?

The routing process checks the approved pool, relevant service and area rules, current eligibility, and available capacity. A suitable business may then receive a time-limited offer.

Can every RelayLocal business receive our work?

No. A business must belong to the relevant approved contractor pool and meet the request's service, area, eligibility, and availability requirements.

What is a contractor pool?

It is a private group of businesses approved for an organisation's work. Membership is controlled; it is not a public directory.

Can businesses see each other’s bids or offers?

RelayLocal does not use public bids. The routing model supports exclusive, time-limited offers, so businesses are not placed in a public race against named competitors.

What happens if the first business cannot take the work?

The offer can be declined or expire. The controlled sequence may then move to another eligible business, without opening the request publicly.

How is customer information handled?

Request information and customer contact information are separated. Only authorised contact fields are released through the controlled assignment flow after authority has been confirmed.

Can our organisation have multiple team members?

Yes. An approved organisation admin can send a secure invitation. The invited teammate must sign in with the invited email and accept before membership becomes active.

Can we track submitted requests?

The model records request, offer, assignment, and outcome states so an authorised organisation can maintain a structured operational history.

Can we control which contractors we work with?

Yes. The contractor pool is the approved operating boundary. Membership and pool status determine which businesses can be considered.

Does RelayLocal guarantee a contractor will accept?

No. Matching and controlled offers improve the process, but acceptance depends on an eligible business choosing and being able to take the work.

Is Demand Partner access available yet?

Applications for controlled pilot access are open. Organisation verification and legal acceptance are required, applications are reviewed, and approval is not automatic.
