Demand Partner legal
Demand Partner Privacy Notice
How information is used in RelayLocal’s controlled Demand Partner work-routing service.
Product information only; applicable signed terms and RelayLocal’s general Terms of Service remain authoritative.
Organisation account information
We process organisation names, service areas, service categories, account status, and support details to operate and administer Demand Partner access.
Team-member information
We may process authorised user names, work contact details, roles, access status, and account activity to provide organisation-scoped access and maintain account security.
Service-request information
Requests can include a title, service category, approximate area, urgency, timing, budget band, job summary, and your internal reference. This supports matching, routing, tracking, and service administration.
Customer information supplied by an organisation
Customer identifying and contact information is held separately from the privacy-safe request record. The organisation confirms its authority and identifies which contact fields may be released for an assignment.
Contractor and assignment information
We process contractor-pool membership, service and area eligibility, availability, offers, responses, assignments, contact-access status, and outcomes to operate controlled routing.
Operational and audit information
We may record request states, access decisions, offers, assignment events, timestamps, and administrative actions to provide history, investigate issues, and protect the service.
Who information may be shared with
Information is available to authorised organisation users and, at the appropriate stage, eligible or assigned businesses. Customer contact fields are intended for the assigned business only where the controlled release rules permit them.
Retention and data rights
Information is retained in line with RelayLocal’s canonical retention settings and applicable legal or operational needs. Data-rights requests can be submitted through the dedicated RelayLocal data-rights page.
